Seek - Seek me first and the kingdom of God and his righteousness. Wait on the Lord and he will renew your strength.  

Many Thrones : 3 June 2008

In a vision I saw people dancing on top of a mountain. Behind them I could see the glory of a rising sun. Then I saw a throne, some of the dancers appeared to be worshiping it and yet there was nobody seated on the throne.

I then became aware of many similar mountain peaks upon which were similar unoccupied thrones.

I sensed that the thrones represented Man's version of God or possibly things- methods, styles of worship, buildings, traditions, programs.

Suddenly I saw a huge fiery creature. The people scattered or fell to the ground in fear. It proceeded to destroy the thrones.

Quite what it was I am not sure- I felt that it must be a demon, and I wondered whether it had possessed these thrones.

A second image appeared, even larger and much more glorious. I immediately thought of Rev 1:13. It was the Lord.

He struck down the demon with his sword and then looked at the people, immobilized, lying terrified on the ground. He began walking among them, no longer frightening, still glorious but also gentle, breathing life back into the fallen, raising them to his feet.

They slowly began to dance again, this time around the throne of God, gracefully with awe and reverence.

Then the light of God began to cover everyone and they became like a fire on the mountaintops. I looked down at the darkened valleys below the people, fire began to roll down the side of the mountains like a brilliant cloud of glory and fill the valleys below, lightening the dark places.

They had become one body, all glorious, invading the darkness and lighting the world.

I leave it for you to ask the Lord to speak to you through this vision. In fact I would value feed back.
